Watercolor Ornaments
This beginner-friendly class is a great opportunity to try watercolor or a relaxing paint night for the experienced. This painting can be done as simply or as detailed as you are comfortable with! Follow along, step by step, “paint and sip” style. Bring your own wine or favorite beverage! We have coffee, tea, cocoa and cider available. Paint marker make the words and string a breeze. If you’ve been curious about watercolor, this is a great class to try! Ages 16+ please.
Discount Option: We are aware that some of our clients have their own watercolor paints & paper. If you are able to bring your own paint and paper, select the appropriate ticket as indicated. Arches paper will be available to purchase from us if desired.

General criteria for the discounted price:
WATERCOLOR PAINT: Academic level or higher, either in pans or tubes. Examples: Winsor & Newton Cotman, Royal Talons Van Gogh, Schmincke Akademie, or Grumbacher Academy is acceptable (but avoid their “finest” if you are trying to upgrade) If you are upgrading, Daniel Smith and Winsor & Newton Professional are both available at Michaels.
COLORS: The basics: Sap Green, Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Yellow (light or medium), Cadmium Red light. In the example, I also used: Prussian Blue, Lemon Yellow, Alizarin Crimson, Burnt Sienna & Quinacridone Gold.
PAPER: We will have Arches paper available for purchase at the size we are painting, otherwise, or you may bring Strathmoore 400 Best Series. Avoid Canson XL or other competitors.

*Sign up in advance! Ticket sales close at 8PM the night before. Last minute inquiries, call to check on availability.
*Class minimum: 4
*In the event of not reaching the minimum, class is subject to cancellation.
*Cancellations by us will result in a credit towards a future class or a refund.
