SUMMARY:Chapel in the Woods
DESCRIPTION:Paint along\, step by step\, with Sara\, her painting entitled\, “Chapel in the Woods.”  Inspired by a little white chapel from her childhood\, this painting is sure to bring up some cozy\, nostalgic vibes! An outline of the chapel and windows is prepared ahead of time\, so no need to worry about drawing skills. We will focus on applying the paint  one layer at a time. Sara implements techniques with sponges and spattering to help you achieve this snowy scene. All levels of painters are welcome. We enjoy hosting a variety of patrons- those with no experience just wanting to have fun\, and those who want to learn and build upon their painting skills.  Regardless your skill level or previous experiences with painting\, our goal is to foster a unique art experience for you in our studio\, whether there’s 4 painters present or 24.  Ages 16+ is recommended for this painting. \nAcrylic   12×16 stretch canvas  $45 \nTicket Policy: \n*No refunds \n*Register in advance! DESCRIPTION:Like to attend paint along classes but always struggle with the trees? In this two-day workshop\, learn the basics of painting trees in acrylic paint with Sara Porter. Day One: We will cover the various paint brushes and the effects used to paint different types of trees commonly done in paint along classes. This is a two hour\, hands-on learning class with demonstrations and personalized guidance for beginners-intermediate.  Day Two: Using the skills acquired in the first class\, we will paint a landscape of various trees. Final painting design will be based on the class attendees–designed with YOU in mind.  Walk away from this class with increased confidence in all your future paint-along events! \nAll materials are included in the price. This ticket automatically registers you for both classes. Fridays\, May 2nd and 9th\, 6-8pm. $80 \n\nTicket Policy: \n*This ticket CANNOT BE SPLIT. However\, attending both classes is not mandatory. \n*Registration and payment in advance is required for this class. \n*No refunds for missed class. \n*Registration deadline: Wednesday\, April 30\, 8 PM. \n
