Sign up today! \n$30 \nProject Description:  Teacup\, with optional saucer\, with rapid-set concrete mix to hold 3-5 wires in place. Wires are coiled to hold photos. Surface of concrete is covered with sheet moss or Spanish moss. Wires can be coiled with either jewelry pliers or by coiling around a pencil.
