SUMMARY:Halloween Signboard
DESCRIPTION:Our new Fall Holiday Signboard is HERE! We went with a tad of spooky for October\, but not TOO much\, so you can enjoy your board through November. We are designing this new holiday signboard collection to coordinate with our seasonal signboards. While the seasonal signboards are 18″ x 4 ft\, these boards are 12″ x 3 feet. See project description for more details on the process! This workshop is 3 1/2 – 4 hours and paint and sip style. Enjoy a hot coffee\, cocoa\, or cider on us\, or bring your own wine or favorite beverage. Snacks and treats are always welcome! Ages 18+ for this workshop please! \n$80 \nProject Description: We first distress our boards with hammers and tools\, (earplugs are available) before staining the wood with a dark brown and black.   The outline of the pumpkins will be provided\, as well as a the main branches of the tree as an optional aid.  We find it easier to use a paint marker for twirly vines and skinny branches. The moon is filled in with a sponge\, so we can get the highlights and shadowed areas of the moon. As usual\, we go step by step and offer assistance as needed. \nTicket Policy: \n*No refunds \n*Sign up in advance! Ticket sales close at 8PM TWO NIGHTS before. SUMMARY:NEW! Planter Signboard Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Introducing our newest project– a wooden signboard with planter at the base. Display living or artificial plants all year long! Season-neutral patterns allow you to switch out plants to match the holidays.  A beautiful addition to your front entry. See project description below for more details. Bring your favorite snacks and beverages\, or enjoy a hot coffee\, tea or cocoa on us. Ages 18+ for this workshop please!  (Flowers not included) \n$175 \nProject Description:  Backboard is 4 feet tall and 12 inches wide. Base is 12 inches square.  We first distress each board in the project– which is a fun way to get your aggression out!  We’ll show you our little tricks to make that wood look as old and beat up as you want it to be. You choose a gel stain color and a stencil design from 3 options. We will show you each step along the way\, assisting as needed. The last step is to assemble the boards\, which we do right in our shop.  Ear protection is available during the distressing portion of the project- it gets LOUD! Plan to use a variety of tools\, with some standing and sitting on a stool\, possibly some kneeling during the assembly portion.
